WRP Engineers has grown steadily over the past 20 years from a staff compliment of only 3 in 1998 to its current staff compliment of 37. The company has a very strong policy of training and empowering its staff and is very proud of the strong level of staff retention which provides continuity and a sustained level of expertise to its clients. The company is now recognised by many of its clients for its high level of expertise coupled with its empowerment programme which will ensure a sustainable service to the water industry in future.
